Our Process

Every ARRCH Floral Design wedding begins with a personalised proposal tailored to your celebration, aesthetic, and floral priorities. Following your enquiry, we’ll create a custom floral concept and investment guide designed specifically for your event.

To secure your wedding date, a signed Wedding Floral Agreement and a non-refundable booking retainer are required. Due to the limited number of weddings we take on each season, dates are not held without confirmation.

From there, we work closely with you throughout the planning process to refine floral selections, styling details, installation logistics, and final touches leading into your wedding day.

Investment & Payments

Our floral proposals are individually curated based on flower selections, scale, installation requirements, and overall event design.

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking, with final balances due prior to the event date. Flexible payment schedules are available upon request.

As we work primarily with seasonal fresh flowers, pricing may occasionally be adjusted where significant increases occur within the wholesale flower market or freight supply chain.

Seasonal Flowers & Floral Design

We believe some of the most beautiful floral designs come from working seasonally and allowing the flowers to guide the overall composition naturally.

While we always aim to source specific blooms where possible, flower varieties cannot be guaranteed due to seasonality, weather conditions, and market availability. Where substitutions are necessary, they will always remain aligned with the overall style, palette, and value of your floral design.

As flowers are natural products, variation in colour, shape, and bloom size is to be expected and celebrated as part of their organic beauty.

Styling, Installations & Hire Items

Many of our weddings include bespoke installations, statement floral structures, and curated styling elements. Delivery, installation, and pack-down services are quoted based on venue logistics, access requirements, labour, and floral scope.

All hired items, including vessels, candles, plinths, arbours, and styling pieces, remain the property of ARRCH Floral Design and are collected following the event unless otherwise arranged.

Final Details & Changes

Final guest counts, floral quantities, and design adjustments are typically confirmed 4–6 weeks prior to your wedding date. After this point, changes may be limited due to ordering and production schedules.

We kindly ask that clients trust our creative process and floral approach when booking with ARRCH Floral Design. Inspiration imagery is always welcomed, though each wedding is thoughtfully designed as its own unique floral story.

Photography & Portfolio Use

We love documenting the weddings we create and may share professional imagery of our floral work across our website, portfolio, and social platforms. Wherever possible, we are always happy to credit the creative team involved.
