We’re so excited to create florals for your big day! Before we get started, here’s everything you need to know about how we work and what to expect.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure your date.
Your event is only confirmed once your deposit is paid.
The final balance is due 4–6 weeks before your event.
Payment plans are available on request.
If your booking is made within the 4-6 weeks, full payment will be required.
Cancellations & Postponements
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
If you cancel after the final balance is paid, partial refunds may be possible (depending on costs already incurred).
If postponing, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date (subject to availability). A rescheduling/admin fee may apply.
Changes & Final Details
Final changes can be made up to [4–6 weeks] before your event.
Major design changes may require a new quote.
After the final confirmation, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
We work with seasonal, fresh flowers, and specific blooms cannot be guaranteed.
If something isn’t available, we’ll choose a beautiful alternative that fits your budget, palette, and style.
Natural variation is part of what makes florals special—no two blooms are ever the same!
Creative Approach
By booking us, you trust our design style and creative judgment.
Inspiration images are welcome, but final arrangements may vary due to flower availability and natural differences.
Hire Items & Styling Props
Any hired items (vases, stands, arbours, etc.) remain the property of ARRCH Floral Design
Lost, damaged, or unreturned items will be charged at replacement value.
Items must be returned, cleaned within 5 days, or a retrieval and or cleaning fee may apply.
Delivery, Set-Up & Access
Delivery and set-up are quoted based on your location, venue access, and floral scope.
Please ensure your venue provides clear access and bump-in/bump-out times.
Delays caused by restricted access may incur extra labour charges.
Moving Flowers Between Ceremony & Reception
Large installations are difficult to relocate mid-event without extra staff or time.
Instead, we suggest flexible pieces (like aisle florals) that can be reused at the reception.
You can nominate someone (family, coordinator, etc.) to move them, or we can do it for an additional fee.
Force Majeure
We’re not liable for delays or cancellations due to things beyond our control, like extreme weather, natural disasters, or pandemics.
In those cases, we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution or reschedule if possible.
Photography & Social Media
We love to photograph our floral work and may use these images for our portfolio, website, or social media.
We'll credit your photographer if their details are provided.
Fresh Flower Care & Disclaimer
Flowers are delicate and sensitive to the environment.
Once florals are delivered or set up, they become your or the venue's responsibility.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather or mishandling after delivery.
Allergies
Please inform us of any flower allergies in advance.
We are not liable for allergic reactions during or after the event.
